North Dakota: personal

When I landed in Fargo, ND I had no idea what was in store for me over the next few days. I knew I'd be staying with my cousin and I knew I'd be shooting a fantastic wedding but outside of that there were a lot of hours that needed to be filled with laughing and fun.

I was a little [ok.. a lot] nervous about being in a place I'd never been and meeting new people. I'm slightly socially awkward, don't judge ;] But let me tell you from the minute I got into town I was welcomed with open arms by *so* many people. From all the compliments on my hair, to people mentioning specific blog posts and pictures I've taken [wait, people actually read my blog!?] I was blown away at all the love I was shown while I was there. Completely blown away. I have honestly never felt so loved an appreciated in my life, and this was from complete strangers. So, to Benita and Ken, thank you again for inviting me to share your special day with you. Elise and Dusty thank you for opening your home to me I had such a great time staying with you! Glenda, Ryan, Mandi, Andrea, Sarah, Mindi, Ellen and anyone I may have forgotten thank you. Your kind words and actions have forever made an impression on my heart and I truly hope our paths cross again.

These first pictures were taken around Ellendale. I walked through the town in the rain, it was quite magical and I very much enjoyed myself. Then there are a few of Elise and Dusty my amazing cousins. Enjoy!!

Also, I'm still giving away a photoshoot! If you want to be entered to win click here and leave a comment! I've gotten some great entries so far!!

*LOVE* this one!
