This will be the last blog post I will ever post from this laptop. :[ It's a bittersweet blogpost. This laptop and I have been through lots together. We met when I was 17. My very first laptop. It was with me through 2 years of Community College, it kept me company during many nights as I surfed the net instead of did homeowrk, it was there when I first signed up for Myspace [!], and when I moved on to Facebook, it's traveled with me on many family vacations to South Dakota, a trip to Illinois, on a roadtrip across the US, AND all the way to British Columbia. I've had many late night, early morning, and midday IM conversations on this laptop that have inspired ab-workout laughter and kleenex-soaking tears. It has allowed me to spend hours reading photoblogs, check my bank account, and watch cameras on Ebay. Every Sunday morning I sit at this laptop and read the Sunday Secrets.

This laptop has made other friends, with my friends, as they would come over and it would get passed down the couch so everyone could check their Facebooks and Email accounts. It was with me 2 years ago when I did my first *real* photoshoot. I have used it to edit and view every single picture I've taken in the last 5 years. For hours upon hours upon hours I've stared at it working to develop my Stacee Lianna Photography business. We've had a good 5 years, this laptop and I. We survived a few viruses, lived through the fact that it only has a 70GB harddrive and I shoot RAW now. And I'm sad to see it go. Probably more sad than I should be... considering I'm near tears LOL. But it'll be good. :] I'll make friends with my new laptop tomorrow and I'll be fine hahaha. But here is a tribute to my laptop who has served me well for so long and during some very important and defining years of my life. <333
