Danielle & Alan: just for fun

Words cannot express how excited I am to post this blog. *big smile* I've known Danielle Nicole basically as long as I can remember, maybe even her whole life. We spent our jr. high/high school years hanging out at our church youth group and outside of church any chance we could. I love this girl. The day I got my drivers license I took her home from church, because I was the first friend to drive :D We shared a locker my senior year of High School and hung out in the B-building every day at lunch and nutrition. After I graduated every Sunday night I would fill my car with the same 4 people, one of them Danielle, and we would go hang out at the bowling alley for *hours*... I don't think we ever bowled. I love this girl! :]
Sadly, we don't hang out nearly as much anymore. But we got to catch up one night during the summer and she decided to surprise her boyfriend Alan, who now that I have met a few times and spent a few hours with I also LOVE, with a photoshoot for their 2 year anniversary. They are so cute and I had such a fun time laughing with them on Friday!
And, besides getting to photograph some people I dearly love, this shoot was also super special because it was the first time I rented a lens! I think I'm in love! I used a 35mm 1.4 for most of this shoot and it's a little different than what I'm used too, but its quickly turning into quite the loving relationship. ;] Why is it that I am constantly falling in love with inanimate objects?

*love* these ones!

*LOVE* these more!

... and this one.. :D
