Church Picnic: personal

Yesterday, my church had a picnic at a local park. I haven't been to a church picnic in years. Something always came up... I was busy... or out of town.. or had homework.. or something. I though yesterday was going to be the same, as I was supposed to be driving 6 hours up to June Lake to meet up with my family for the night. [where they are vacationing, without me, because I had work and such this weekend haha] But Candice and I decided it was kind of a waste of gas to drive 6 hours.. to sleep.. to drive 6 hours to be home in time for work and we opted to stay home. Freeing up an entire afternoon for things of the Church Picnic variety. :D

I am so very glad we did because I had an amazing time. Laughing too loud, discussing lame hugs, fearing earthquakes, and getting to see people I don't normally hang out with on a regular basis... but would really like to. <3
